Privacy policy
What personal data axplusb collects, why we need it, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise at any time under the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is AXPLUSB SAS (SIREN 104 631 510), a French société par actions simplifiée, represented by its President, Eduard Grigoryan.

If you become a client
- Identification data required by anti-money-laundering rules: identity document, date and place of birth, nationality, address.

- Technical data recorded in server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system.
- Your language preference, stored in your browser (see section 8).
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To profile your risk and issue advice — performance of the client agreement with you.
- To verify identity, screen for sanctions and prevent money laundering — compliance with our legal obligations.
- To keep records of the advice given — legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in being able to evidence what was recommended and when.
- To keep the website available and secure — our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our systems.
- To send you information you asked for — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions producing legal effects for you. Our models analyse market data, not personal profiles.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Our own infrastructure is operated in Europe. Some third-party components may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area — for example the web fonts loaded by this website from Google servers (see section 8).
Where such a transfer takes place, it is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The complete list of transfers and the safeguard applied to each is to be confirmed.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship — kept for a limited period after the last exchange, then deleted.
- Client identification and anti-money-laundering records — kept for the period required by French law after the end of the relationship.
- Advice, suitability assessments and confirmations — kept for the statutory record-keeping period.
- Accounting records — kept for the legal accounting retention period.
- Server logs — kept for a short technical period for security purposes.
The exact retention period applied to each category is to be confirmed and will be published in this table.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, provide it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you have given. You may also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
Write to e.grigorian@axplusb.eu. We answer within one month; if a request is complex we will tell you and may extend that period. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
Some rights are limited where the law requires us to keep records — for example anti-money-laundering files cannot simply be erased on request.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold — encrypted transport, restricted access, and separation of client records from public systems. The measures in place, and what we will never ask you for, are described on our security page.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy when our processing changes. The version published here, with its date, is the one in force.
Questions or requests: e.grigorian@axplusb.eu — or use the contact page.
